What I Offer
I work with individuals and couples who live anywhere in Manitoba, virtually or in person. I use evidence-based therapy methods. I also offer consultations and assessments.

My virtual platform is secure and easy to use. I love working with people from both rural and urban areas and virtual is a great tool to connect easily from your phone or computer.
My Winnipeg office is easy to find, in a professional office, on a bus route and with a parking lot and street parking.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and we'll work on what's important to you. The therapy process is difficult to explain, but often includes a few sessions of getting to know you and understanding your life. Then we'll work on what could help and I may give you some things to think about and work on in between sessions.

I am a registered provider for Blue Cross/Medavie, Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI), Green Shield Canada and the Workers Compensation Board (WCB).
I do not offer crisis services. Messages and calls are returned during business hours.

My Experience
​
I am a highly trained therapist with 20+ years of experience.
My experience with individuals includes working on trauma, communication skills, emotions, conflict, general stress, relationships, school and work stress, and family issues.
I also have extensive experience working with couples experiencing conflict connected to occupational stress, communication, infidelity, parenting and trauma.
​
I have over 17 years experience working with military, veterans, RCMP, civilian staff, as well as their spouses and families. I specialize in traumatic and occupational stress.
