It can be difficult to find time for self-care and to prioritize mental health, but together we can navigate these challenges and find a way forward. With a focus on replacing unhelpful thoughts and emotions with constructive alternatives, Cheryl's approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

Cheryl has over 20+ years experience as a therapist and has a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Manitoba
